Fitness Progress II

Ahh, so one thing I'm not happy with is my inconsistency. I've put gym off more than a couple of times and it makes me feel so bad because my efforts feel like they have been wasted. (I've dropped weights D:) Can't handle what I could have before.

But other than that, I feel like there has been great progress!
I'm able to do proper forms for deadlifting and front bar squats? If thats what you call it. Lifting 20kgs on your back is muchhhhh easier than holding 20kgs on your shoulders/arms.


And hey, can you see my abs yet?

Oh and I've also started kickboxing with my good friend, Alex. Great cardio! Good experiences.
And nice to test out your strength. (I barely have it)
